Ecospray designs and manufactures systems for the removal of pollutants from industrial gas streams. Systems dedicated to the reduction of NOx are particularly critical for meeting the new air quality standards.
DeNOx systems are one of Ecospray’s most proven and consolidated  technologies, upon which our Company has become well established as a competent and reliable partner to its customers.
Ecospray has successfully implemented over one hundred systems for the abatement of nitrogen oxides worldwide, including applications in energy production like coal and biomass furnaces, gas turbines, diesel generators (from large marine applications to land cogeneration plants), marine diesel engines. 
Our DeNOx systems have also been installed in cement, steel and metals, and chemicals plants, as well as in numerous waste incineration and waste to energy operations.

Ecospray provides highly efficient, low operating cost evaporative gas cooling systems, called ECO-COOLINGTM that employ a controlled injection of ultrafine atomized water sprays directly into the gas flow.
In evaporative towers, all equipped with proprietary lances and nozzles, water is atomized using Single Fluid High Pressure Systems (High Water Pressure), Dual fluid Low Pressure Systems (Air/Water Low Pressure) or with the combined system Spill Air (High Water/Low Air Pressure System), a technology specifically developed by Ecospray.

Less fuel, more power and lower emissions with Ecospray’s fogging systems.
Ecospray provides adiabatic cooling systems to increase the power output of energy generation equipment (as gas turbines) by injecting demineralized water inside the intake.
Ecospray fogging technologies increase the performance of equipment used in energy generation by recuperating the capacity and thermal efficiency losses resulting from increases in external temperature. Secondarily, at the same level of production, polluting emissions are also reduced.
With Ecospray’ s fogging systems, the percentage increase in power output is typically equal to around 0.6 - 0.7% for each degree of reduced temperature. For example, when related to a temperature reduction of 10 - 12 ° C for a 240 MW turbine, an increase in production of about 17 MW can be expected.
Ecospray’s new double fogging treatment system includes our traditional internal intake system, after the filtering stage, in combination with nozzle arrays, placed after the silencers. This arrangement enables very high performance levels with significantly greater power output, optimizing production under extreme external environmental conditions.
The performance improvements achievable with Ecospray’s fogging technologies are applicable to the equipment used in diverse industries, including energy generation, incineration and cement production.
