The Liquefaction systems change of state of methane from gaseous to liquid in LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) cooling it up to a temperature of about -160 ° C , reducing the volume of the gas and facilitating transport. In line with the European regulations for the reduction of transport pollution, we therefore propose micro-liquefaction plants (sizes from 1 to over 20 tons / day) of both methane and biomethane.

Natural Gas Micro-Liquefaction

Methane micro-liquefaction systems use a modified Linde cycle and are designed to adapt to the needs of today's market and to different sectors of application, including heavy road transport, naval transport and bunkering. We propose the micro-liquefaction for BOG (boil off gas) from coastal deposits, for small extraction wells and for peak shaving (peak loads) of gas networks.

The pre-treatment phase of the gas changes according to the characteristics of the gas itself before the compression and expansion phases.
