Ecospray at Ecomondo: decarbonization and sustainability

From November 5^th until November 8^th, Ecomondo was the reference event for the green sector, with a significant and qualified participation of experts, companies and institutions.

Ecospray participated in Ecomondo with a focus on carbon capture and CO₂ liquefaction technologies, presenting innovative solutions for the capture, treatment and management of CO₂ and its use as a resource. In addition to CO₂ liquefaction, which could revolutionize the way we store and use this gas for industrial and energy purposes, technologies for biogas and natural gas liquefaction and flare recovery were also among the most discussed topics; in fact, Ecomondo was a moment to discuss both the various existing projects, and the new opportunities, including some projects for LNG applications from syngas.

Another key moment was the intervention in the CIB Forum area, where Ecospray, with Giorgio Copelli, together with CGT S.p.A., represented by Alessandro Borin, presented a case study on CO₂ capture and liquid storage technologies for 1-3 MW cogeneration plants.
